Transformation of a standard 750 m² rented office space into a dynamic corporate headquarters with a focus on cost-efficiency and employee well-being.
Budget: Requirement for high-impact, low-cost solutions suitable for a rental property.
Environment: A high-rise plaza floor with fixed windows (no natural ventilation access), risking a sterile and enclosed atmosphere.
Design Interventions:
Human-Centric Approach: Designed specifically to combat the "plaza fatigue" caused by sealed windows. We created breakout zones and a flow that encourages movement and interaction.
Strategic Branding: Used the interior architecture to reinforce the brand's strength, creating a welcoming yet impressive experience for guests.
Cost-Effective Styling: Focused on movable elements, lighting design, and surface treatments to add "soul" and character without heavy construction costs.
