The Ottoman Döner Truck: Heritage on Wheels
This project represents a unique fusion of historical grandeur and modern street food culture. Designed to serve traditional Döner, the food truck reinterprets Ottoman architectural motifs for the mobile age.
The exterior design features a rich color palette inspired by classical Iznik tiles and gilded ornamentation reminiscent of palace aesthetics. While the visual identity pays homage to the past, the interior is engineered as a high-performance modern kitchen.
By blending the nostalgia of the Ottoman culinary tradition with the dynamism of a food truck, we created a "rolling landmark" that offers a gastronomic journey through history at every stop.
