The Vision Located in the very heart of Cappadocia, right at the iconic Uçhisar Square, this project represents the convergence of two legends: the timeless, mystical geography of Cappadocia and the global energy of the Nusr-Et brand.
Design Philosophy Spanning a massive 1470 m², our design approach was to harmonize the vernacular architecture of the region with the sophisticated luxury expected from a world-class steakhouse. We didn't just design a restaurant; we crafted a destination.
Contextual Luxury: The interior reflects the texture and soul of the local stone, seamlessly blended with the refined, high-end finishes that define the Nusr-Et experience.
The Atmosphere: By respecting the historic silhouette of Uçhisar while injecting a modern, dynamic spirit, we created a space that feels both ancient and contemporary—a perfect stage for a theatrical culinary experience.
