Raddison Hotel

The Transformation We undertook a major adaptive reuse challenge in Aliaga: transforming three dormant, disconnected residential blocks into a cohesive, high-standard hospitality complex. The goal was to unify these separate structures into a single, flowing experience worthy of the Radisson brand.

The Design Solution: The Glass Heart The defining element of the project is the massive structural glass atrium inserted into the void between the three towers.

Connection: This transparent volume acts as the project's spine, physically and visually connecting the residential blocks and turning them into a unified hotel entity.

Light & Space: What was once empty space is now a light-filled central hub, serving as the hotel’s vibrant core. This intervention allowed us to repurpose the existing shells while creating a modern, airy atmosphere that contrasts with the solid mass of the original buildings.
